Questions? I Have Answers
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for everyone. As long as you really want to make a change and are willing to put in the work, you can benefit from coaching.

What areas do you specialize in?
As a career coach, I work with clients on various aspects of their professional lives. This includes workforce re-entry, career change, wellbeing at work, launching a new business, managerial skills, among others.

How personal are we going to get?
Coaching is a vulnerable process. To get the full benefits of coaching, I encourage clients to show up fully and share any information that will help me understand their goals, what is holding them back, and what has/hasn’t worked in the past. That said, I will never push a client to go somewhere they aren’t comfortable and it is always the client who sets the agenda for each session.

How does this work? How often do we meet?
The benefits of coaching build over time. In order to make this experience as valuable as possible, I have created a minimum coaching period of three months for all of my clients. Over the course of the three months, we will meet bi-weekly via phone or FaceTime, each session is 60-min. (If you need a little help with the math, that’s 6 sessions over 3 months.) In between sessions you can email me as needed to share big wins, updates that affect your goals and mindset, or other information that I should know in order to keep sessions focused and productive. You can add additional sessions or 15-minute “laser sessions” as needed. After the initial period, you may extend as long and as often as you like.
