I am a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through The CaPP Institute (an ICF-recognized program), hold a JD from NYU School of Law, and earned my BA with honors from Brown University. My journey to coaching grew out of being the “advice friend,” the one people came to for brainstorming, another perspective, or a pep talk. One day I had an “aha moment” and realized that what I really loved and was inching towards was coaching.
Drawing on my own experience of making bold moves to craft a career that activates all aspects of myself, I work with high-achieving clients who are ready for a change, whether that’s changing careers, reaching career goals, increasing their wellbeing at work, re-entering the workforce, launching a business, or something else. I am passionate about helping clients get unstuck, so that they can have a career that fulfills and excites them.
When not coaching, you can find me riding my Peloton, enjoying walks in Central Park, exploring NYC’s art scene, and in search of the best baked goods.
