Approximately one third of your life is spent working.* Instead of focusing on the other two thirds, I want you to have a work life that excites you each morning, leaves you invigorated at the end of the day, and causes you to light up when someone asks you what you do for a living.

 

What will you get from working with me?

Clients come to me when they’re ready to make a change. From workforce re-entry to wellbeing at work, launching a new business and career change, managerial skills, and more, I help my clients close the gap between where they are and where they want to be in their career.

What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Through coaching you will develop insights into your behaviors and ambitions which will enable you to achieve your goals. Whereas psychotherapy explores your past and supports mental health, coaching is a present and forward-looking process, it does not treat medical conditions. As your coach, I will help you uncover what is holding you back, so that you can get “unstuck,” and develop actionable steps. I am here to support you on this journey, and will celebrate your bravery and vulnerability, while also holding you accountable.
